Hi, I've lost my phone on the Blue Line Max, I believe, yesterday, sometime after midnight. It's an iPhone with a clear case featuring stars on it, made out of diamonds.
The iPhone itself is blue.
It's very important to me. Have any items like that turned up?

Bus # 52 cut me off.
Well I wrote this all out already but apparently you did not receive it.
Bus #52 at 6:10 this evening was in a merging lane on 185th. I passed it which I assume pissed the driver off but I was well more than a car length in front of it when I heard it punch the accelerator and I looked over to my right and saw the bus about an inch from my car.
I had to brake and pull over into the oncoming lane to get away from it.
I was in the straight through lane and it was in the merging lane. Needless to say I am pissed!

Operator Performance
Operator for the Red Line going torwards Hillsboro and around 6:44 am was applying and releasing brakes with no skill and muscle control to his foot, which resulted in jerking multiple stuttering stops that caused me to jolt out of my seat.

Doesn't matter
You people are *** who are probably low bid winners for city budget and I have never seen a company as moribund, inept, and dog-butted as yours. After todays minor and frankly inconsequential infraction on my part and your ensuing indifference I will start taking video of all the real infractions you let slide and put you to task and make sure you at the very least do not pull off the rate hike/heist you have proposed.

Get ticket machines with screens that are visible in sunlight
I was trying to buy a ticket for MAX, on a fairly sunny day. The screen was almost invisible.
I could barely make out anything on it. I almost gave up and drove into town.
Preferred solution: Get some screen that are visible in sunlight
Money not registering onto hop card on iPhone.
Money has been put onto hop card, with three different cards, meant to put only denomination of $50 but went to 200 with all payments in pending mode, with no funds going to card. Not sure how to fix or get refund if possible. Just generally not sure what can be done to fix problem.
Hop card did not work
The customer service was super helpful. She was kind, patient and professional. TriMet knows how to hire.
Distracted driver by trimet consumer
I've using trimet line 99 everyday for quite a few years.
For the last couple of months there is passanger that gets out at OHSU tram spot at 6:05 am who interrupts the driver every single day. They have conversations every single day and I believe put our lives in danger.
Today a lady passenger got enough after we almost have into an
accident with a black truck, she got up and complained to the passenger and driver.
It was very uncomfortable.
The driver was very upset and would not let her speak.
He stated that there is nothing wrong about their conversations and that we can talk as much as they want.
Line 99, early morning bus stopping by Wells Fargo bank at Macadam and near the Water Tower.
I will appreciated if Trimet takes care of this problem.
I feel unsafe on the bus. The bus driver is there to drive and not having daily conversations with a user.
We are placing the rest of the users at risk of an accident and also disrupting the peace of users who deserve a safe and quiet experience.

Questioning HOP
I have used trimet since 1975. I love tri met.
Yes I have had a smart phone from their inception, and appropriate trimet apps. They work great. QUESTION: Then there is hop. It is obvious it is a corporate plan, and the customer was never considered.
FIRE THAT INCOMPETENT CEO.
call Amazon, and have a plan like AMAZON GO.... of all things do not PUNISH your customers for your CEO's short sightedness.

Handicap bus almost hit my car
A report was filed and they’re going to try their best to find the driver and talk to them I guess.
Complaining on how unprofessional bus driver was
At 10:27am on bus 3941 route 2 headed to portland the bus driver made me fold up my large stroller and have it with me bymyself sitting with my 2 year old. The bus Was not full and people neeeding that space never came on.
He stated it was for liabilty reasons. This has never happended before they tell me i can keep it up as long as no one needs the space wich is fine.
Bus came and left early
I get off work at about 825 in the morning. The 76 is scheduled to stop right at the corner of hall and burnham at 835.
That is just a few hundred feet from the front door of my work. Today is the 3rd time I have gotten done at work, closed it and gotten out the door just to see the bus stopping a a few hundred feet from me at 832 or 833 and leaving early.
Machine didnt give me all my change
I put in ($10) Ten dollars. Bought a ($2.50) Tso Dollar And Fifty Cent ticket and only got ($1.00)One dollar coin for change.
It kept rhe rest of change.
This happenned at Delta Park. Tonight.
Bus 37 Lake Oswego
Currently the Hazel RD stop for line 37 in Lake Oswego had some construction, so the bus driver completely passed the stop and went to the next one, a long way down the hill. Usually, I would understand the safety concern.
However, the driver was very rude while answering our questions of "what's going on?" Horrible customer service, very rude lady. Not sure if she didn't eat breakfast, is in a bad mood or what, but she was very very rude. Made it seem like the issue was our fault.
I believe it was bus nber 3644. Line 37 that left the lake Oswego Transit center @10:23 am on 1/15
Issues
Your lift service is blocking our drive way we have one way in and one way out and they blocked it all the time there are drivers that pull in!! And ive been late due to this issue!!!
I live at 23710 NE Arata Rd. Wood Village and the passenger you guys pick up is across the parking lot from me. I had to wait 15 min to leave my drive way today and made me late due to your driver blocking the driveway and she said well we can't pull in which is BS because other drivers pull in.
We r having construction being done on Arata Rd so it's a one way out road on top of your drivers blocking our drive way which blocked traffic for others trying to go down Arata Rd. Hope to hear back from someone my number is 503-926-****.
