AI Highlights
  • - Trimble's support is poor and parts are hard to get; after 25 dealers, only one offered a radio part for $3,000, with Ebay as the parts store.

It does no good to complain to trimble about anything. They don't care about parts you might need and throw up worthless support sites that lead you to nowhere.

I have checked out 25 dealers for a simple radio part. I got one response for 3000.00. Trimble is totally reliant on Ebay to be there certified parts store and the whole support thing has turned into S^%$&. Their stock holders have no idea that return customers are not returning and why would they?

I was sold a Field Level system that does not work

AI Highlights
  • - Paid US$60,000 upfront for a Field Level II system installed six weeks ago.
  • - Direct Trimble contact is unavailable and the dealer is handling issues.

After much negotiation I purchased a Field Level II system for my local dealer (US$60,000) and after having paid up front for the system and having it installed 6 weeks ago it is as of now still not working as required and agreed by the dealer. Attempts to contact Trimble in the States directly are futile as they have no direct contact for complaints just a number of call centers that do not process your call if they do not recognize your number i.e. if you are not a dealer your screwed.Basically now left to the mercy of the dealer - Up the creek without a paddle???
