Discontinue membership. I enjoyed and am using the cooking recipes and the books that I have from Trim Healthy Mama. When they got into the make up and the hormones and stuff like that, I lost interés
Stop sending so many texts. People can look online and see what you have if theyre interested if theyre not interested in cooking and hormones, they shouldnt have to receive all those text.
