They lied when I applied for the unit because there is $450 ($50 application fee non refundable, $400 (Yusuf stated that itll be returnable if application gets denied or approved, if I decided to rent it then itll go towards to the rent) anyway, after viewing the reviews online about the property condition(mainly the bedbugs and mice) and complaints I decided to not go forward with renting this apartment because they have pest problem and management problem. And two of my friend had never got their deposit back and many other people too.

And because of these problem and bad reviews I kindly call them myself to withdraw my application and told them I am no longer interested in this property. And ask them when would I be getting my $400 back as I was promise. Because before making this transaction with this property I have called them making sure $400 will refunded to me because two of their staff said regardless of the application status I will get the $400 back or if I decided to stay then $400 will go towards my rent. BUT TODAY, AKA KAREN said unfortunately you have cancelled your application so we cant refund $400.

What kind of *** business they are involved in?! I didnt even moved in yet they are treating their future tenants like this? And plus they have lied when I confronted them when I asked them my application wasnt even fully approved because with conditional approval, my application still needs more supporting documents therefore keeping $400 is illegal And I did not receive any sort of email from them to support the 24 hour notice statement nor I have been notice or else I will never applied to rent their property because first of all I didnt even sign contract with them yet. At this point, they are forcing people to move In to their filthy place and not only that they are doing illegal business practices in order to stay in this business.

Thats sad and very unfortunate to know this is how future tenants are getting treated, and just imagine if I rent with them. I will keep pursuing this matter legally because on the application 24 hour cancellation notice was never mentioned nor been notify. They have reputation for not being there for their tenants nor future tenants so save yourself a headache and take my advice never consider this place as your home. PEOPLE WHO WORKS THERE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!

THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE EVEN YOU HAVE PROOF THAT THEY ARE LYING.THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO MOVE IN BY KEEPING YOUR MONEY! THEY ARE INVOLVED IN ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!

AND THEY HAVE DELETED MY REVIEWS AS WELL! If THIS PROPERTY WASNT GUILTY THEN WHY ARE YOU DELETING MY POSTS?
