Fraudulent charges on my credit card

Just noticed for the last 3 months I have been billed by BR5 Everyday value (Trilegiant) -

1st $1

2nd $16.99

3rd $16.99

Have contacted my back and a law firm involved in a current class action lawsuit.

The folks behind this scam ought to be dragged out of their offices in Stamford CT, stuff them into old car tires, pout a gallon of gasoline on them and set them on fire.

Just saying.....and actually Stamford is not that far from where I live. Might be fun to walk back and forth in front of their offices and draw attention to their sleazy practices.

This company is a scam. They have been taking $16.99 out of my account for several months without my knowledge I do not know how they got my information.

My bank has also reached out and they have failed to respond to our inquiries. It is a scam. Stay away.

I do not understand how this place does not have more issues. I am baffled.

Trilegiant Scam

I too was not monitoring credit card statements carefully enough, and discovered Trilegiant has billed me $16.99 for the past 26 months or $442. I contacted customer service and had them stop billing, then called their corporate headquarters in Norwalk, CT (203) 956-****. I was put in touch with Lora Ness who offered to refund 9 months or $152.91. That was the most I read online others had received in compensation.

Good Luck all...

Unauthorized charges on account

I have been charged $8.00 and $19.99 since October 2014 to now 5/31/2015. I have all charges paid to you since then.

The problem is I received your first package within 2 weeks. Right away within 2 days after I received 2 envelopes from you. Then I caught more charges after that and I called a 2nd time to cancel. And then recently I became aware, you were still charging the same charges listed above.

How many times do I cancel and my money returned to me. Please look into this matter. Also, CANCEL THIS SUBCRIPTION AND RETURN MY CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD. THIS IS SUBCRIPTION, IS UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES.

i CALLED BY PHONE 2 TIMES BEFORE AND THEY SAID, OK IT'S CANCELLED. THEN YOU KEEP CHARGING ME MONEY. PLEASE ADVISE.. MARY JUBERT ACCT.#38507**** ps: Do you have a fax ???I have a fax#951-325-**** call before sending fax.

I have to turn off the answer phone first.

then send fax. THANKS, Mary Jubert jerzybob2@***.net

Looking out for the small man

The company is in business for quick money based on scamming.

Their name is Trilegiant.

Here is the information on their corporate officers: http://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapid=152****

They have been sued under class action for their deceptive practices and for simply stealing monies from unsuspecting customers.

Read some of the numerous sites that talk about the class action lawsuit here: (you might want to look into being compensated also.)

My mother was lied to from a letter from everday privileges.

The letter said dear shirley walton (that's my mother's name), you made a smart decision to choose everyday privileges gold program, providing you and your family with amazing deals and discounts. Then it listed discount movie tickets, cash back, and six magazine subscriptions it also said we hope you are enjoying our new and improved website.

Then further down it said if you wish to cancel your membership as a result of this old card change call at 1-87*-630-****. She had NEVER, EVER signed up for that membership!!!

I want to file a complaint. Thank you, you don't have to use my name.

Liars charged my card after I asked them not to.

Updated by user Nov 23, 2013

It turns out these thieves were charging my card for at least 18 months.

Original review Nov 23, 2013

Please do not do business with Trilegiant Corporation nor Choice Hotels Travel Club. They offered me a free $60 gas card if I joined their club for $1 for the first month. I could cancel withing 30 days and not get my credit card charged ever again. These *** never sent my the gas card so I cancelled within 30 days. One year later, after I stopped using my credit card for a couple of months I noticed that I kept getting a bill for $15.99. When looking through my statements for an entire year, I noticed that Trilegiant continued to charge my credit card every month for $15.99 after I specifically asked them to cancel my membership. I have never been so furious! I tried to contact them but it seems impossible.

Now I've filed a dispute with my credit card company to stop payment.

Please do not do any business and do not give this company any of your personal information.

Trilegiant and Choice Hotels Travel Club are thieves! Their employees should be arrested and imprisoned!

Travelers Advantage

These people are crooks. They automatically signed me up with 1 of their other companies (shoppers advantage).

Both of them were going to charge me $16.99 a month for their membership. I had never agreed to join shoppers advantage. I had emailed my request within the 30 days time limit to travelers advantage to cancel my membership. They received my email but still didn't cancel my membership.

I had speak to supervisors at both companies to get these problems resolved.

BEWARE...this is no way to do business. Unfortunely, we have to take time to resolve this stuff

Great Fun!

Great Fun from Trilegiant Corp...has asked me to mail in for a $20.00 rebate on my recent purchase...However, I have no clue what purchase they are referring to. Upon reading someone else's post, I find they are scammers..WTH!

I am calling to demand that I be taken off of a mailing list.

I thank other people for posting their concerns about this "Company", as when I googled the Company name, This is what the search generated. I do not think that these people will have a fighting chance of their scam surviving..Thanks for posting!

Same deal here with receiving two $10 rebate coupons off of your recent purchase. ?? Guess there are enough gullible people out there that will fill in the info and mail it back to them thinking they will receive $20 refund.

Don't do it, wondering if this part of Publishers Clearing House who keep filling our mail box with junk mail.

Tlg great fun f-uck over

im sean a sales associate for "great fun", no this isnt a scam, but it is a *** over it sounds fantastic and all, but when u get to brass text its just another get rich quick, countless people have told me on the phone that this program is unusable in their area... also they do not follow any of the sales laws, if a customer is high, drunk, mentally retarted, terminal, has alzheimers and more, we are told those are the easiest sales we can get, they never told us it was illegal to pitch the afore mentioned...my advice being a worker...DO NOT fall into this, its not a scam, its a trick and dont worry youre not the only ones this company has f.ucked over, they f.uck the employees pretty bad, we are disposable drones to them, and with this i am hoping my fellow co workers will get the idea and help me work against this awful company, yeah we b.itch about it over a cigarette or something, but something has to be done, im to much of a moral person to let this business go on tricking people out of their money.

bottom line DONT take great fun, if you notice they dont have reviews on their website for a reason, also the website is greatfunonline.com take a look for yourself. every employee is pretty much taking *** sugar coating it and calling it chocolate just so we can earn our commission which isnt a *** of a lot.

as soon as you hear the word great fun, just hang up even the supervisors arnt their for your help, theyll talk you into buying it... sincerely one pissed off employee
