Home Owners Association and Trident Property managements financial disclosures are a Joke, marked Draft, As a professional Property Management company, they have below ethical practices, After multiple complaints to Trident, and our Property Management I have experienced retaliation, from vendors, and neighbors, including a cease and desist letter. Trident has no accountability for any of the issues, involving maintenance, security, landscape, you name it I have 8 months of excuses via email, at the end of the day we do not receive our moneys worth, HOA is above county on general hazards, concerning structural issues, and water waist. Members of the board of directors are self serving, and have no accountability, Just a very bad situation, dealing with a company that is paid for services, and doesn't provide them.
