Lack of Customer Service
I would like to know why i was never notified that the payment was denied for the last month of February. You had time to type up a letter and come post it on my door saying you will be taking me to court but you can't shoot an email to let me know it was denied.
The payment went through just fine the month prior, of course i'm not thinking it was denied. Now i'm paying late fees because of your lack of communication with your customers!
Why did i get notifications when the 10 payments I tried to do over the weekend was denied but not the first one done in February? Why am i getting a late fee penalty when your stupid app doesn't work correctly!

I live in a TRICON rental in Decatur GA. TRICON is a huge rental corp.
I want it documented that I have had to call multiple times for a repair of a leak. This last time I have had *** in the ceiling for almost a month. When I called in after three weeks, they said the work order was closed and I needed to do a new one. This is the third time this has happened with a maintenance issue.
They close work orders when the work is not done. It is extremely frustrating because I feel like I am a great tenant, and dont complain about much. I just want repairs done in a timely fashion just as they want rent in a timely fashion.
in addition, is very difficult to find a place to write in a comment. it should not be that difficult.
