London delay in delivery

I handed over a box ti Trici Maritime in Toronto in middke of Nivember. They said tge shio shoukd be in Colombo on the 5th and exoect deluvery on the 10th January . Today is 22nd I try to call them, and tgey jeeo on blaming on the vessel and custom. The oeople on bith sides tals a lot and wont allow us to talk, they want me, the custoner to keep on calling various numbers. Not them calling the customer. They are excuse us that they dont have tine to talk as they are busy. What about us. We are waiting fir the freight fir dsys. On the 10th and 11th i was sitting at home while on a holiday waiting for them When i called Canada on the 12th they said it will be delivered in the 15th, 25th was a holiday in Sri Lanja. OppColombo blaims Canada and Canada blaims Sri lanka anyway one guy oromissed to call me within 3 hours on Monday. Now it is Tuesday night. No call yet.
