Left one package behind

I hand over 5 packages (2021/06/15) total with 1 box, 3 bikes and 1 refrigerator. They promised me it will take like 2 months to deliver due to pandemic situation in Sri Lanka. It took almost 3 months to get my packages (2021/09/13) still they left my refrigerator (LG 450L) behind in Qatar I received only other 4 packages. Now it's almost 6 months for now still I didn't receive my refrigerator even I called to Qatar office or Sri Lankan office they say that they will call me when they found the refrigerator. They just ball passing here and there. I'm fed up and irritating with this manner. I want my cost of refrigerator and shipping charge which I paid refunded.

Terrible service

Having used this company would like to inform anyone to stay away from them. Having given two boxes to be shipped to two different locations both boxes were shipped to one address. Now the blame game has started. Wathsala the person handling freight is as incompetent as a door nail.furthermore package took 3 months to arrive. Both parcels damaged.

Very bad experience with Trico as the box was damaged. Rude staff and not at all helpful. Charges extremely high compared to other cargo services. The phone is never answered and it took 3 mths to clear my box. The management is the worst I ever experienced. Manel Singh

Horrible company and I would not use them again

I shipped via trico last month .the service was appalling and horrible.so unprofessional.they wanted me to pay for the boxes and promised next day delivery and it never came on time.a bunch of cheap crooks

Shipped our life from uk to SL

Started off very well boxes arrived on time to pack, Called to get collected went smoothly. Got the bill was a good fair price.then had a few issues but think that was more the covid19 crap than them. So missed the first sail date then was chased them up they assured me that our goods would be on the next one used the online tracker which was not updated so panicked when seen not loaded and the boat had left but i was assured that our stuff was loaded and on route ...... expecting on 15 July..... I'll let you know.... But so far would defo recommend but be patient and do stay on top of it

Do not get the service from melbourne trico

i went last week to sent 3 boxes the middle age woman dont know how to talk with customers because of missing documents she embarrassed me infront of other customers she is very rude totally dissappinted and dont have any contact number to complaint about this

Want to send a chest box from Melbourne to Sri Lanka, handed over on time and saying there is no space left and saying it can go in next month. What sort of a poor service is that. Shame to stand in Melbourne with such great international customer service. Insane!!!! Giving false information and poor product information. Trico Melbourne simply sucks. They do not email or corresponde on time, they simply don't care. I agree with you. Aft the management change and Mrs Ashoka took the helm of the company.

She is same as any other idiots in Sri Lanaka. She does not know what the customer relations are. I sent her several emails more than a month ago but she would not answer or repley to my emails. I am switching my shippment to Glen carriers.

I like to say that you do not use this company as they have any definite dates for shippment. Thanks Kamal

I handover my cargo to trico international officer 25 th September 2016.I paid full amount to that officer (person who came to collect the cargo box. Name call Mr. weerakoon ) I asked him that I want to collect my things from colombo exactly 17th November. He promised me that I can collect my cargo on that day. Today (02/11/2016) I call Sri Lanka trico office they don't have any information about my cargo. I checked with riyadh office ( the person call Mr. perakum) he told me I can clear my cargo after 25th November and I call person who came to collect the cargo he's still not given proper answer. I checked in Internet. It's says it's ready to loading. That mean the trico staff whose in riyadh they are liers and cheaters. (I will attech with this what ever information I got from Internet ) also the person in riyadh office who answer my should mind his language. He should know how to respect his customers.

Never believe "Trico International " when you want to ship your cargo

I wanted to send 40 kg , 2 boxes from melboune australia ,to Sri lanka . So when I asked Trico International officer promissed that the goods will be delivered to Sri Lanka on 12 .9.2015. So we did all payments adn went to sri lanka. We did not get any news untill 16.9.2015. When we inquired from local Trico agent, he said boxes can be delivered only on 23.9.2015. Trico office Doha also same. They don't give correct information.

They are like a government office. We went to Kurunegala to clear cargo. We have to spend 5 hours until they find our cargo.

They have not arranged things properly. They simply waste our time.
