Don't come here if you have birds. Not a specialist. Doesn't ask enough questions. Doesn't listen. Wants to do diagnostics tests and charge more. Also took 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. What's the point of an appointment? Tried to charge for clean vent when they didn't do it? Heard someone else complain as well: "every time I come here, you just want to do more x-rays and tests"
