Terrible customer service
- - Shelves arrived damaged; the company asked for photos.
- - After sending photos, parts are too big to air ship.
Bought filing storage product. 4 shelves damaged and called company.
Told to send pictures info etc. we did that, and got back email that says parts too big to air ship.
So they dont stand behind their product! Dont buy from them very poor customer service.

HORRIBLE customer service.
- - Ordered a Tribesigns kitchen table; a piece had holes too small for screws, and seven weeks later there is no solution.
I ordered a kitchen table from Tribesigns. One important piece had holes drilled too small for the screws.
I have tried and tried to get decent support from the company, but they are terrible! Never buy anything from this company.
It has been one bad experience for me. Seven weeks of looking at a table in pieces with NO solution.

Will be a bad review if I can’t get help with faulty parts on the 16 shelf unit. The phone number is out of service and no way to reach help.something fishy is going on,
The screw holes do not match up on the corner shelves. The whole piece of furniture is useless.

I have a problem with a drawer on a night stand and I cant get any help to fix it. They advertise 24/7 support but it is only through emails.
There is no phone call.
I think it could be solved in a few minutes if I could talk to someone. I am going to have to send it back through Amazon and give them a very bad review.

Only directions on line are for the 1138 and no 1349 the parts are not the same and build is not either parts do not line up at all. Poorly run company has n my opinion.
You call for help and directions and get nothing. Would not buy again.
