They overload workers
The company can careless about dogs or animals the owners are very unprofessional. They hire students every other week which aren't familiar with dogs. They handle the pups roughly since they are inexperienced. All things go wrong. Diane never picks up calls from customers or clients. I was hired to work with the company BIG MISTAKE. I QUIT poor pups Owner would set me up with 5 plus dogs at one time dogs would fight with each other owner didn't care for pups just about the money.I told her it was unsafe she laughed UNPROFESSIONAL Watch out

I had the worst experience. Diane is unreachable.
I sent her texts everyday asking her to call me after she took my puppy, she never called.My puppy came back injured,with hazy eyes as if he is high on something. They fed him hotdog treats when I specifically asked her not to give any human food. But she didn’t tell this to the trainers so they fed him with hotdogs! She is absolutely the most unprofessional person I had to deal with.
My puppy came back without learning ANYTHING after 1 week!
He used to be such a happy dog, he came back looking unhappy with hazy eyes! I’m so sad I sent my puppy with these people, I don’t know what they did to him for a week!

I have worked for Tribeca Pet Services for almost 2 years, They are the most dedicated employers Ive ever had. They are genuine people who really love animals. It really upsets me to see such lies being told about them.
Tribeca Pet Services has been a dream come true for my two dogs. Not only are they caring and knowledgeable animal caregivers, they also spend a lot of their time rescuing stray animals. Tribeca Pet Services has an impeccable reputation and its very sad that an obvious disgruntled ex-employee would write such untrue statements.
