Verified Reviewer |Bad/Malicious Service, Consistent False Information
Over the last few weeks, I've been a customer/consumer at Tribeca Med Spa purchasing facial creams, etc from the new brand I love like Skin Ceuticals. I also decided to try out some of their procedures.
During my time there, I noticed a very unorganized business with employees that seemed to have ulterior motives in providing me false information. I'm not sure if there's something special about me, which is why they treated me differently than any other customer or if this is how all of their customers are treated. They made mistakes like charging the incorrect payment card, didn't provide information about what the procedures do for the skin, were simply interested in the billing of the service, gave incorrect information, made a comment about providing a free massage during the service, etc. Please see below for more details about my experience:
- Alisha stating I can't do the blue and red lights at the same time, but Allie providing different information
- Alisha claiming you were sold out of the vitamin B and there was a shortage at Skin Ceuticals
- Alisha getting the procedures of the IPL and Laser Genesis mixed up and not giving full information about what each of these procedures do
- Alisha first stating that I needed to wait 7 days after doxy for the procedure, then allowing me to do it after 6 days, then Allie and Bill saying I needed to wait 12 days
- Allie said that the website states you can't be on any medication while getting IPL/Laser Genesis, but the website only lists topical medication.
At this time, I'd like restate the conversation I had with Allie and Bill after the serious issues with Alisha due to her extremely bad and malicious care of a customer.
- Bill and Allie confirmed Alisha wasn't on the website
- Bill and Allie claimed she'd only been employed for the month, and was in Australia before.
She, Bill, Allie, claimed she was a teacher/recruiter for young girls on head/skin stuff.
- Bill and Allie confirmed she had credentials
Another important thing to add is the ties to Jeffrey Epstein, who I'm almost positive I have very serious ties to. There has been very serious invasions of my privacy by various people.
I believe that Tribeca Med Spa has cameras installed there and could be watching their customers, or just me for reasons besides professional security. Alisha also made a strange offhand comment that they weren't allowed to share pictures of me outside for any reason, and I also confirmed that videos shouldn't be shared either.
There also seemed to be an overall hostile attitude when I visited the front desk, and intentional competition between Allie and Alisha.
