They brought a new pump that I ordered during the annual cleanout. It was not what I wanted and right after the cleanout the pond was emptied, and my fish were floundering and several days later the alage was back and the fountain was not as advertised.

The owner wanted another $350 for a different pump with a av light to kill the algae. I have pix on my cell phone and I do not know how to send you the pix since this is my desktop and I have a concussion.

In the course of a Outdoor Goldfish Pond cleanout and buying a new filter and Triangle Pond sent out the wrong filter and not what I requested. The pond was practically emptied in the next two days and my fish were floundering at the bottom without much water. I called and complained to the owner and was told I would have to have another $350 to the $350 I just paid for the new filter and spray for one with a AV light to kill the algae. I cannot see my fish at all and could not afford the extra $350 which I clearly explained what I wanted when I ordered the annual clean out. To have done a horrible job and find my fish floundering without water when the fish were in a full pond and sending the pictures to the owner-- he said just go ahead and try to sue me-- I am not budging. Trade the one you just bought and put another $350 with it for the my team should have brought!
