Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After much communication, Triangl allowed us an exchange--which is what we were asking for--so that my daughter could fit into the right size swim suit.

As first time customers, we do not have experience with the sizing--but have a better understanding now. The replacement fits great--and we are happy. We were not aware that exchanges are held to the same tight timeline as returns.

We know better moving forward. We were a couple days outside of the 2 week return AND exchange timeline.

We recently purchased one of their swimsuits for the first time My daughter has put it on every list for two years. Shes so badly wanted one of their suits.

We did get one for her as a gift recently and the top was too small. We went to exchange it thinking that the policy was only intended for returns only to learn theres a 14 day window for both returns and exchanges, we were a few days outside of this. I was met with an email that simply stated you cannot return. I have reached out several times since to both customer service and to return and have received not one response.

I would think this company would allow at least a one time exchange (not return) In order to keep a customer. My daughter loves her stuff, but I have advised her we will not be purchasing from them again.

Customer service will not respond to me

At the beginning of February, I purchased two bathing suits for my two granddaughters. The first bathing suit came in for my 14-year-old granddaughter, and it fit perfectly.

The second bathing suit from my other granddaughter, came in and was very very small on her. I contacted them letting them know I needed an exchange not A refund. They came back to me and told me that they had to get an authorization for my return. A day later they gave me the authorization to return the item, and this is where the problem starts.

I sent back the bathing suit, the exact, same way they told me too and I waited and waited and waited and waited. After several weeks, I contacted them again for an update. The customer service rep said that they cannot find my return in their warehouse. They asked me if I could send the receipt from the place I returned it from.

I got the receipt with the tracking number and sent it to them, And then I waited and waited and waited and waited and Im still waiting. Ive sent three emails to them, requesting them to give me an update on what is happening. They advertise that are l a 24 seven customer service company.

At this point, I dont know what to do. I spent Over $200 for both bathing suits and I want my granddaughters bathing suit.

User's recommendation: If you were personally from there, remember Two things. One you better 100% make sure you have the correct size and two if you have to return, it has to be returned within 14 days of getting the authorization.

Customer service will not respond to me

I purchased two triangl bathing suits for two of my granddaughters. The first one that came in was for my 14-year-old granddaughter and that fit perfectly.

The second one that came for my 16-year-old granddaughter, and it was too small. This is where the problem came in, at the beginning customer service was responding right away we talked about not returning the bathing suit, but just exchanging it for a bigger size. They had to get some sort of authorization for me and that came through. I sent the bathing suit back and waited and waited and waited.

We reached out to them again, and they said that they cannot find the bathing suit that i sent. They asked for me to send the receipt to see the tracking number. I sent the receipt and then again I waited and waited and waited and waited and Im still waiting. I have not heard back from them.

Its been at least a week and a half and even though at the beginning they were responding within the same day, they stopped responding, I sent three additional messages. The last one saying please help me to figure out whats going on here.

The bathing suit was $100 and this is very upsetting to me and my granddaughter!! .

Horrible customer service

When you pay $$ for a bikini and it doesnt fit you should be able to exchange it.. not having to pay for delivery then pay for returns
