2 horrible experiences

thurs June 29th I had an appointment scheduled with dr Hillard. at 11 am.

I was told to be there 15 min early. I arrived at 10:40. at 11:15 I Was brought back into a exam room by some sports medicine kid and asked a bunch of questions that I knew I would have to go over with the dr again if he ever showed up. at 11;20 the kid didn't see, to know what to do but said he needed to talk to the Dr.

well damn I thought I had the appointment . so he left the exam room. a short time later I could hear him laughing and cutting up with other staff members behind the door. at 11;40 I left the office.

if I had been even 10 min late I would have had to reschedule.

but yet I can be put on hold and ignored for an hour and still not even catch sight of the dr that I had scheduled the appointment with . who the *** do these p[eople think the are/. I am self employed and my time is golden, I have never bee so disrespected and treated like crap before in a dr appointment.

except for the week prior when I went through basically the same *** trying to see a different dr. that did nothing!

Totally agree happened to me to I guess unless u are twins player or a viking player u mean nothing to them then u get a 400$ bill This is crap

1) The fact that your facility does not have an ultrasound machine in your urgent care center. People must go all the way to Methodist hospital, which is not a good idea for someone with an urgent need.

Hence the name “Urgent”. If you cannot provide simple services, this should not be an urgent care facility.

2) When the Dr. talked to me, he looked and sounded like he did not have a clue what to do. He appeared to have been working for 24 hours and just wanted to get the heck out of there.

There were red flags flying in my mind.

3) The women who brought me the boot was rude and condescending. The whole issue in this paragraph (We put the boot on and went over the directions. She gave me some paperwork and left. Then she popped back in a few minutes later and told me I had to leave the shorts with them.

OK. I took them off and sat for a little bit thinking about how I was going to get to get my pants on. I finally looked in the drawers found a scissors and cut the one leg of my jeans off. I left the shorts and the leg I cut off my jeans.

I then proceeded to get myself to my car.) should be addressed. How do you just do that to someone???

Cancelled appointment and waiting 30 + minutes on doctor

My appointment was cancelled without my knowledge and when I showed up I was informed it was ordered by me which is not true..Two appointments with my doctor I was kept waiting,one time because a walk-in was seeing him and the second time I was left sitting in the exam room for over 30 minutes with no explanation.After talking to the management they offered to see me an hour later which I could not attend because of prior commitments.The shot injected by the doctor did nothing to alleviate the problem in my left shoulder.The staff needs training in customer relations.
