Failure To Honor Insurance Repair

AVOID AT ALL COST Paid in full at time of furniture purchase and at our third year we had reason to request service on a section of our leather couch. Placed the initial notification for service and spent nearly a month waiting for a return call or email that never came. I placed a call and was assured the service tech would be in contact. Three weeks later a visit to examine our couch was arranged and a gentleman arrived and spent a lengthy period of time explaining indeed the problem was a defect, and he would be back in touch but as the furniture model was no longer being manufactured he may have trouble finding matching materials. A month passed and after several phone calls their telephone agent informed me that our policy did not cover the type of damage discovered on our couch. LET'S BE FRANK, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM FACTORY THAT PROMISES YOU EVERYTHING AND PROVIDES NO SERVICE IN RETURN. PLEASE PROFIT FROM OUR EXPERIENCE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! FOR THE EXACT COST OF OUR INSURANCE POLICY WE WERE ABLE TO OBTAIN THE SERVICES OF A REPUTABLE LOCAL SERVICE COMPANY WHO REPAIRED THE DAMAGE IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS, TRI COUNTY FURNITURE RE SERVICE ISN'T WORTH AN AERIAL INTERCOURSE AT A ROLLING DONUT.....HELP PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS, DON'T BUY THEIR SERVICES!
