They are crooks, robbing elderly people

AI Highlights
  • They changed my account number without informing me, refused to share it, and disconnected me; my bill jumped from $139 to $800.

Do not use this company if you have any other options. They changed my account number and did not inform me.

I asked several times for my account number when they refused to let me pay my bill without a number. However, they ignored me. Today, they finally sent me an email stating that they would disconnect me, but they disconnected me first. My mother called to pay the bill, and suddenly, my $139 bill, that's only a couple of weeks late, was almost $800.

They ripped off my elderly mother! These people are crooks.

If you don't mind paying $600 bills or more every month, you will probably be okay with them. Still, I recommend using another company.

Loss:
$600

Preferred solution: Price reduction

  • Sought justification for a high Tri-County bill; staff were unhelpful.
  • One Source is owned by Tri-County; customers have no choice and no accountability.

I asked Tri-County Elec. Coop to justify an unusually high bill. The wench who sits in the lobby lacking in manors or hygiene, was irratated I would challenge my bill. After telling me the same BS for about 30 minutes, she got the "orifice" manager who also said the same "excrement."

To this date after calls to EVERY coop leader and Tarrant County officals, no one can definitively justify the charges.

Our cable-tv "provider" (One Source) has ALWAYS had poor CSRs, but after digging, I discovered...

ONE SOURCE IS OWNED BY TRI-COUNTY ELECTRICAL SERVICES. We in the area have NO CHOICE but to accept their billing while they have NO ACCOUNTABILITY!

Keller/North Fort Worth/Westlake Texas... WE'RE SCREWED, WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!
