Can't fix truck
Bought new 2018 Chevrolet 2500 HD Chevrolet truck. Before first service on truck it showed no oil on oil stick. ( 5,ooo miles.) I had to add antifreeze twice and the dealer added it once. Was told by Casey Cash that I was given a printout of the truck using oil when towing. ( not true.) I asked him for the printout and he said NO I'm not going to help you when you are going to trash me on the internet. Tri county use to be a great dealership but it HAS BEEN BOUGHT OUT. They are ruining the reputation of the previous owner. They should have to change the name whenever it is SOLD. BAD SERVICE!!!!!!I also complained to dealer rater and they did not seem to care.
