this dealership is in Tenn....I went to dealership in NH.

The check engine light is on. I brought it to the dealer and they said they would perform a diagnostic check at no cost.

I was informed that the issue was a number 2 engine misfire. They told me it could not be fixed because of the estimated time and cost. We found a recall/extended warranty online, but the dealership won't honor it. They claim there's no recall or warranty.

I left the dealership, only to realize they hadn't shut the hood.

I had to pull over alone on a dark highway to close it. Don't trust their word - get everything in writing!

Horrible Customer Service from Tri-Cities Dodge Jeep sales

I love my Jeep, but stay away from Tri-Cities Jeep Kingsport TN Sales Department. Worst Customer Service ever experienced.

From the General Mamager on down, not one person there understands or cares about Customer Service. We had trouble getting our tags and went through THREE temporary tags and still not sure this dealership got the information to our lender. That is not the complaint though, we could have dealt with that. NOT ONCE did one person call to keep us updated, even after numerous phone calls from us, and all promising to call back or keep us informed.

The General Manager promised us he would make sure we were kept updated and that was the last we heard from him. After our purchase of my Jeep, we were never contacted again by our sales rep to check on us. My husband bought a Ford truck at the same time at another dealership and his sales rep has called him 4 times to make sure he is happy.

So disappointed in what was supposed to be a great experience. This Jeep was my dream car.
