TREVISO GRAND
we moved in about a year and a half ago everything was great for about the first year. In the past 6 months or so everything has gone to *** nothing gets done, nothing works anymore(main gates, fences around pool area, computers on the common room, light around the lake at night, light in the fountain, lights in the hallways, fire alarms the dog park closed for 2 months etc...) there has been constant complaints to the front office with no action taken.
the gates have been a repetitive problem now to a point where people have to be trespassed and cars broken into as well as squatters who don't live here sleeping in there car and blasting music late into the night . there has been dead fish and ducks floating around the pond for a week and a half.
a fellow resident had his apartment sprayed for fleas with out any notice just was let into his apartment with his dog home and still proceeded to spray dangerous chemicals all over his apartment. After trying to to talk the office about it he was met with extremely nasty behavior from the office staff I cannot stress enough how horrible this place has become I wish I could move out tomorrow at this point!!!
