Don't fall for ANY attempt to buy this
My husband and I were on vacation in Waikiki. We were walking to the shopping area and two guys were hanging around the outside of a store.
When we approached them, they were friendly, and we chatted about many things. After a bit, they suggested we come in for a free demo. We agreed and I had a seat in an operators chair. The operator was one of the two guys we had been talking to.
He applied something to my face, under my eyes. After a few minutes, he asked my husband how I looked, and, of course, I looked younger. They tried to sell us a package and we passed. They kept trying to sell us product, and we kept refusing.
After several minutes of this, the "manager" said he would sell me Tresor Rare for "less than he could sell it to his own mother." (I know, we weren't paying attention, or we would have noticed the scam.) We paid $125 for a syringe of this useless stuff. It does nothing to relieve my bags, but instead clumps up beneath my eyes.

Verified Reviewer | Oakland, CaliforniaHow can I get my products and have a monthly payment plan?
To whom it may concern, Thank you so much for taking the time to resolve the concerns we have. On October 28, 2019 11:06 am.
I was approached by a Sericin Plus worker on the busy street in Hawaii. I was promised so many below are details of what was promised. I have four main concerns: 1 – Giovanni led me to believe that my purchase of $3141.60 would get me 21 pieces of product from the company. He said he would mail the bulk of the order to me since i was traveling, but I only have 12 of those products.
Receipt number 1503-****LC8. 2 – There were major discrepancies in what I was told I would receive and what I actually received. That is detailed in the chart below. 3 – I made a first purchase of $523.60.
Giovanni then offered me a larger package, and while bargaining with me and trying to make the offer more appealing, said he would incorporate the first purchase I made of $523.60 into the $3141.60 deal. I never got the $523.60 back as promised. Receipt number 1503-****LC8. 4 – I made it very clear to Giovanni that the larger package deal was just not feasible for me because I have property taxes to pay, so he indicated he could do a payment plan for around $83 a month starting on November 11th.
He showed me a tablet outlining this payment plan to confirm the details. Instead, I come home and discover he has made the entire charge on my credit card. What I was promised; 1 Sericin+ Intensive Eye-Lift Micro Cream (looks like a black syringe) (1) I received this. 1 Sericin+ Collagen Face & Neck Serum (1) I received this.
1 Sericin+ Reviving Eye Cream (1) I received this. 1 Sericin+ Reviving Eye Serum (1) I received this. These top four things were a part of my first $500 purchase, that Giovanni said he would refund me and add to my package deal. 2 Eneo Advanced Skin Rejuvenation and Anti-aging (Gold Box) (1) I only received one of this.
5 Eneo Eye Concentrator (in the pink box) (1) I only received one of this. 1 Tresor Rare BX-Skin Relaxor Essence (1) I received this. 2 Tresor Rare VX-Skin Relaxor Thermal Mask (1) I only received one of this. 1 Tresor Rare Moisturizing Balm for Men (1) I received this.
1 Tresor Rare Aftershave Lotion for men (0) I did not receive this. 5 (additional) Sericin+ Intensive Eye-Lift Micro Cream (looks like a black syringe) (3 incorrect) He did not send me this at all. He sent me 3 boxes of Exfoliating and Foaming Cleanser instead, which was not at all part of the package I agreed to. Total: 21 items Total: 9 correct items, 3 incorrect items = 12 total items I thoroughly took pictures as he was giving me details of the package deal so I could understand what I was getting.
All of these items and plus some more were placed on the shelf by Giovanni to show me what the package would include. Giovanni made it clear he was giving me a very good deal, and kept saying he could add more products to entice me to make the purchase. He indicated several times that I should not mention the offer to his office, because he was giving me a deal so good, and led me to believe that any discrepancies I saw were because he was giving me a good deal. I was surprised when I got home and the package I received was so different from what we had discussed.
I thought I could simply resolve the issue by communicating with Giovanni directly, but he has refused to honor the deal that he made and has even contradicted himself on the phone. Giovanni made a very clear agreement that I would get the products and when I've tried to address it, has refused and been absolutely deceptive about what he verbally expressed was part of the deal. He has given me totally wrong products, has refused to give me the refund that he said would be part of the package, neglected to send me several items I bought, and charge me in full instead of our agreed payment plan. He said he would be happy to review the video footage of the incident to verify details, and also providing me a copy of that footage.
However has stopped following up with me. He also said the office would follow up with us and said he would get us the number of the office, and he never ended up providing that. The solution I would like is to be able to return these items and get a full refund. I have not opened the items and would be happy to send them back with the express indication that I will get a full refund of $3141.60 and $523.60, totaling $3665.20.
Thank you so much for your time in reviewing all the details of this purchase. I have gone to great lengths to detail exactly what was discussed, and I am confident you can help me come to a solution. He had ”changed” his phone number after our last attempt to contact. However the new owner of the phone number said he just got this number but he knows Giovanni.
I don’t believe that he ever changed his number and he is hiding from me.
I have photos of everything and also a photo of Giovanni Belleve. Retail Store Hawaii Beauty 2452 Kalākaua Ave Honolulu HI 96815 *-844-*87-3767
Got scammed
This is definitely a scam!!! I was told by Jakob Giovanni I would receive refills for 12 months.
I purchased the products on March 10th and I took some products with me as well as my first month of products with me that day!! Jessica gave my credit card company false information and said Jakob mailed me my products on March 25th which was a lie!!!! He mailed me toner that he had failed to put in my bag!! They charged my credit card $386.42 for 3 different months and I shipped back the empty bottles that I was told to mail back!!
And for some odd reason they keep coming back to me! Even aftcard!!!er he sent me a new address that they had moved to a different building supposedly 2 buildings down!! I had to file 3 different disputes against Vish (Tresor Rare) because they wasn't doing what they told me in March what they said they would do!! They keep charging my credit card and not sending me anything!!
That's not only bad business it's fraudulent, misleading and a SCAM!!! I have had to file a police report, file a report with the BBB and also Federal Trade Commission.
As well as a lawyer! I'm out $3,091.72 that's charged on my credit card!

Bought $3k worth of products from Ala Moana, HI store while on vacation. Told them NOT to send any product till I had had the chance to test (3) items upon returning to CA .
Received shipment upon returning; called Giovanni to express my displeasure - said to call customer service which I did for over 2 wks. w/o any success in reaching anybody. Out of desperation, "stopped payment" on my credit card and "refused" shipment w/ my P.O.
Credit card was informed I had signed (on G's notepad) a (dis)agreement indicating I needed a "return authorization" w/in 14 days after receiving merchandise in order to receive a refund.
Upon researching the BBB's "ripoff" website, I'm finding out I'm among MANY who have been scammed by this co. In fact, patrons from Charlotte, SC; Nassau, Bahamas, San Francisco & La Jolla, CA; Lexington, KY, Palazzo, Las, Vegas, NV; Waikiki, Hanalei, and Ala Moana, HI are just a few.

High pressure and pushy sales, deception of the packaging
High pressure and pushy sales is an understatement! Complaint # 1.
While visiting Honolulu Hawaii in March of 2019 my fiance and I we're taking in the sights while walking down the street I was grabbed and pulled inside the store and was immediately put into a chair.
My fiance had no idea what happened to me and in panic thought I was kidnapped.
Ready to call the police, and thinking how he was going to explain this to my mother... I beg the lady and promised that I would come back if she would just let me step outside to look for him.
Once he saw me and to his relief agreed to let me go back and try out the products, and accompanied me.
My fiance was so upset, still visibly shaken, the sales lady even did a demo on him to try and calm him down.
The results were amazing and instant!
The sales lady expressed over and over that this was one year worth I've treatments and made me repeat it to over and over. (this is one year worth of treatments)
I thought to myself while on vacation I should treat myself and made the purchase of the express 60 second eye lift cream. I use this product very sparingly and for special occasions only because the results were real and I cannot afford to replace this product, it was just a special treat.
To my surprise this past June 2019 the tube which look full was now empty upon reading the package, I realize the tube that I have purchased only contained a minimal amount of product what you cannot see from the outside.
This is my second biggest complaint!
The packaging is completely fraudulent, I would have been satisfied with my purchase if it was the amount of product was actually in the tube ...which is not visible until the tube is empty--a year's worth as stated--not five applications. I am planning on having a consumers affair attorney look into this company and the deception of the packaging.
I spent $349 on the tube that is 95% empty and would like it to be refunded as I did not receive what was promised for my money.

The Usual Tourist $8000 Flim Flam
Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii
Sept 2019
Similar to most of the complaints I've seen on the BBB site, we got swindled.
On the plus side, we avoided the spiked champagne and drinking water that (was offered, insisted upon even), so we never got drugged.
To my limited knowledge these scams are too Teflon-coated to be beaten by claims of fraudulent credit /debit card use - although they clearly are frauds, scammers, unscrupulous cheaters, *** of the earth.
Unless they put a gun to your head - or make UNAUTHORIZED use of your Visa, they are very likely to beat that rap.
We are pursuing the Vendor Dispute route. We hope we can demonstrate the bait-N-switch aspects of our "deal" gone awry... And gain some measure of satisfaction.
I will update if/when we make any headway.
It´s like transferring money to a trash can
Update May 2019: now, 8 months after These guys took my Money, i still do not have all the products that i have paid for. Also the Company is just ignoring what it means to break contracts, to take other people´s property without permission and without the Intention of giving it back to the owner.
They don´t care that their actions are unlawful.
And still, they do not come back to me to resolve or discuss the issue. They ignore that i have receipts to proof what i have paid for.
Paid 4000.- $ for products i have never received. The products are still in the Store and guess what - no one cares, they just try to ignore the Situation away. Looks like they feel it is ok to take the Money and keep the products.
Worst Company ever.
Most useless „Customer Service“ - should be named rare rip off center or Tresor heist Crew.
I am trying to solve this Situation since a half year, but this Company seems to not have even 1 Person who´d be able to solve a generally easy and clear Situation. They only know 1 Thing: TAKE MONEY - no matter how.
Several contacts promissed to take care and solve the Situation, but it´s always the same waste of time. Big promisses followed by no Action. Usually when i buy something or have paid something, i become the new owner of the product, but not here. I have receipts, i have instructions for use, but the paid products are at the shop,... how funny, i guess MY products are having fun with MY Money at the same place. Seems to be daily Business for this guys.
Since i didn´t receive the products i have opened a complaint with my credit Card Company and it is unbelievable, but this guys refused it by telling i had signed their "no refunds policy". I thought "no refunds" would apply to products that are brought back to the shop by a csutomer.
But it seems to be like: customer gives Money and at this Point the Business is over and done. Because even if they keep the products paid by a customer, there is this "no refunds policy".
LOL - this is such a bad joke and it is so unbelievable fraudulent.

Tresor Rare/Prestige Beauty, Lahaina, HI
We were scammed in this store Lahaina in May. We were drawn into the shop by a young lady on the street.
She applied a cream to my eye and mouth area that instantly removed all signs of the wrinkles. We were then told (as others have reported) that there was a gentleman in the store from Los Angeles that day that was there to do a beauty treatment on Oprah Winfrey while she was in Maui. We consider ourselves to be fairly bright and savvy consumers and so we feel so foolish to realize that we were totally scammed in this store. I have no idea what he really used in this "facial/beauty treatment" but whatever it was it showed instant dramatic results that I have not been able to duplicate with the use of these very expensive devices and creams that they sold us.
Very high pressure and very deceptive.
Of course, the receipt states no refunds. These predatory places need to be stopped.

Liars and no facts
Got sucked in by the girl outside, sales guy started telling me my rosacea was skin damage. Uh no its a genetic condition.
I said i had to leave, he starts being very nasty and aggressive.
Scam. Stay away.
Also pissed and disgruntled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got scammed in Hawaii. The sales person "Fabio" promised my girlfriend and I the product for two years at a cost of $2800 +.
I did not pay in full, but making payments through my credit card. I have tried contacting "Fabio" via email, text, phone calls and no response because I am out of a few of the items. And incidentally, they aren't any better than anything else I have ever used. Oil of Olay is probably just as good a product.
With no response, I am cancelling my credit card so that they can no longer screw me over!!!!! I don't mind paying about @2800 for two years of product, but when I get no response, of course my suspicions are UP!!!!
Along with my patience for them. Rip off!

COMPLETE MISREPRESENTATION!
I bought some 'under eye' cream in Maui, Hawaii, although they have outlets all over the world. The name of the kiosk was 'Prestige Cosmetics' and they were selling items under the name of 'Tressor Rare'.
The manager of the kiosk was a young lady called Eden. She said we could contact her at any time with questions, and gave us her email address. All attempts to contact her have been ignored. She also gave us a special 'free' face treatment appointment.
This resulted in a VERY high pressure sales attempt to sell us a $5,000 infra red system.
The employees of this Company receive very high commissions, and that is all they are interested in. Very poor company with expensive products that are mediocre at best!!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
Very good quality
I bought in $2500 products for my skin. And my skin deserve it ;) On my way to eat lunch on Kalakaua wakiki in Hawaii i got a sample if “day cream” and the girl offered me to try sample to my eyes.
I walked in beautiful store and she put the cream under my eyes , i saw the difference immediately. She showed me also some good cream to my neck and my face.
And in the end me and my husband loved it, and decided to purchase:) yes the products not cheap but good quality , small good , amazing ingredients. Very recommend on the eye serum and cream :)

Humiliating Hyper Sales Badgering
We were hyper sales ambushed on Honalei Hawaii last April for products we knew nothing about except some eye cream applied to my husband and I on site. We were told to come back next day for "free" facial.
Our credit card was charged $1,458.24 for the eye cream! We returned the next day for the facial and were harassed and embarrassed into "trying" products which we did not ask for or want. Our credit card was then charged again for 3,124.80!!! A few weeks after we returned home to Austin, TX, a large box arrived from Tresor Rare HI.
After much back and forth with a third party customer care, we were told to photograph the unopened package and if we mailed it back we would receive refund but only for the $$3,124.80 and NOT the $1,458.24 charged our card for initial eye mask product.
It is now over 3 months since this awful sales ambush in Hawaii and the unopened pkg I mailed back to them (which cost me an additional $90 to mail USPS ground, insured, return receipt guaranteed) has been received and NOT A WORD NOR PHONE CALL from Tresor Rare confirming our refund. We are now faced with filing a fraud claim through USPS and are still out over $4,000!
