Dreadful service by buses and customer service

I rang at one minute to 8 to find it closed until 8,rang at 8 exactly been on the phone over half an hour and nothing My husband stood in hucknall last night and 4 buses were missed out 3c and 3b had to get a taxi in the end home to Kirkby,the buses were saying arrival times on the bus stop too This is dreadful ,worked all day to not get home,the same 3 c misses out lots of mornings making my son and husband late for work Always excuses for the 3 c its disgraceful,dont say buses are available when theyre not Not even bus shelters to stand under for hours at a time,and sort those on your phones who cant be bothered to answer the phones Coronavirus affects everybody not just buses and customer service reps

Over charged

Contactless from Alfreton to somercotes which should only cost £2.30.But charged£3.60 which is to Underwood

Waste of my money and time

The bus driver went a completely different way to Coalville then normal with an spiteful attitude on the 29/04/2018 I was picked up from the castle Donington stop at 13:26. Just so you can follow up on that snobby *** It was a blue sky link bus and the bus driver was about 5foot nothing, had a groggy face with long hair and a dirty smell. Thanks for your *** take of customer service aswell what a lovely approach to people. “ YEh GeT oN HeRes Ya ChAnGe” where do you find these people. UNDER A BRIDGE With 3 dead goats.
