I have returned a parcel to you.
Hello,
I returned an order 8554**** as the items did not fit me. They were posted from Castlemaine post office 04/01/2025.
to Trenery PO Box 4144 Sunshine West Vic 8438. I have the tracking information R328997****737610****0905. It shows the parcel is delayed at Sunshine West waiting to be processed for delivery & has been there since the 7th of January. I have been to my post office, they gave me a number to contact Australia Post, but that did not enable me to speak to anyone, it just gave the same info as online.
I had a look on your returns on the 18th to make sure there had not been an error in the address I had used, which is why it appears as if I was making a return then.
I am a little puzzled as to why I did not use that return system, when returning this parcel I think I must have used the info on the packing slip. I actually paid $14.95 postage myself?
I do hope you can trace why this parcel is sitting in Sunshine West not delivered to you.
