Charges being made to my debit account
I have been trying to return these shoes for 5 months now and I can not get a bar code to return them. All you do is offer credit. I don't want credit I want my money back. Can we please do something about this.

Charges being made to my debit account
Tried to charge me for a subscription that I did not want. And when I called costumer service they were also difficult. I just want my money back and to have no dealings with or like this company again.
