I placed my order on 12/31. The confirmation email said it could take 10-20 days to ship my product.
I emailed today to check in and see if they had any updates. The email came back undeliverable and the phone number they give is not a working number. There is no customer service, so ultimately they just took my money.
I suggest if you have used them and didnt get your product to dispute the transaction with your bank! They dont deserve your money or business.

I’m having the same problem. Can’t get a hold of anyone regarding an order that I placed 6 weeks ago.
Did you end up getting your order? Is it a scam?
I ended up calling my bank and explained to them what happened. They opened up a claim and within about 2 weeks, the bank pulled my money back and put it in my account.
Bottom line, nobody should be buying from this company...and they shouldn't even be allowed to sell products on Facebook. Call your bank and open up a claim and explain what happened.
