I would like to warn the potential customers.
Do not buy from Trekinn.
As long as things go right, it is o.k. But if something goes wrong, then you have a big problem.

I purchased a rear light for my bike. The delivery expected time was 2 weeks. It did not arrive after 45 days either. I applied to the customer service of Trekinn.

They asked me to be patient. A week later I asked them to cancel the deal and give me my money back.
They said that it is impossible. You have to fill out a form, and we should start an investigation.
I place a lot of orders throughout internet online shops, but such bad service I did not meet.
A serious and reliable company would say.
We are sorry. We cancel the deal and give you your money back, or we send it to you now express.

But this is not the case. Trekinn is not a reliable company, with a very bad attitude to customer service. Price is not the only reason, because when it comes to service, it is better to deal with a serious and reliable company.

On September 8th I placed our order for three pairs of boots. Paid $63 for UPS delivery.

I paid more to buy my boots from Trekk Inn because they said they had all three pairs in stock and in our size. I was guaranteed a delivery date of September 14-16. We depart September 18.

One pair shows a current projected delivery date of September 21st, one October 8th and the other no date yet.

I contacted customer service three times and they suggested cancelling my order. I might do so but I was billed in full when I placed my order and dont trust the refund process.

This has been a very disappointing first buying experience with trade Inn/ Trekk Inn.

At a minimum, they should pay my shipping.
