I ordered three pairs of boots for me and my son before we embark on a big trip. All were said to be available and I paid extra to guarantee on-time delivery. We will receive NONE of the boots!
On September 8th I placed our order for three pairs of boots. Paid $63 for UPS delivery.
I paid more to buy my boots from Trekk Inn because they said they had all three pairs in stock and in our size. I was guaranteed a delivery date of September 14-16. We depart September 18.
One pair shows a current projected delivery date of September 21st, one October 8th and the other no date yet.
I contacted customer service three times and they suggested cancelling my order. I might do so but I was billed in full when I placed my order and dont trust the refund process.
This has been a very disappointing first buying experience with trade Inn/ Trekk Inn.
At a minimum, they should pay my shipping.

Resolved: Delivery date not met
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Estimated delivery date came and went without any communication. Then after searching site found an estimated date a week later, it didnt turn up.
Couldnt find any way to contact them other than ringing abroad. Also rang Tradeinn who I think was the initial portal for Trekkinn.
When I explained I was seeking help with an order from Trekkinn they just said Id got the wrong number and hung up. Only got a response to my concerns when Pissed Customer got involved.

dear CS, ii got a message my order was approved and shipped and then returned to trekinn, i payed with Paypal, my address was on the confirmation email. why was it returned? i don't see a refund and i want to place the order again.
