Verified Reviewer |Seller delayed sending, product hasn't arrived
- - Tracking claimed delivery 17 Jul at 2:28, but no package arrived; we were home, three days later no item, and no way to file USPS lost package.
Nobody from Tweet ever reached out. The missing item that purportedly was unequivocally delivered at 2:28 pm at my front door mysteriously showed up 72 hours late with no notification.
In concept, I applaud the idea of resales. This seller had to be prompted by the retailer to get going and mail the item after no activity.
Tracking says it was delivered Friday, 17 July, at 2:28 p.m. It was not. We were home, and no package arrived, and it is three days later with no product.
I am unable to submit a 'lost package' issue with USPS without knowing the sender's mailing address and a description of the packaging. It is beyond frustrating to have no human to call.
- Good concept
- No human to resolve the issue
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: I helplessly await remedy from the company.
