SHADY. Really, really shady. So shady, in fact, that it pissed me off big time.
SHADY. Really, really shady. So shady, in fact, that it really pissed me off. This place doesn't deserve any of the cyberspace air time that I'm giving it so I'm going to keep this short. I dropped off a bunch of my husband's clothes for Renee to sell on ebay: 7 pairs of pants along with a jacket and a pair of shoes. I was given a number and told to call back before the expiration date one month later. So, I obediently follow Renee's request and call ABOUT 10 times throughout the week before my expiration date. I am not kidding when I say that the phone just rang and rang...what kind of decent business does not have someone picking up their phone during regular hours, or at least some sort of answering machine? (a business that doesn't really give a *** So, determined to find out WTF, I decide to go by her store. I drop by about 2-3 days before the expiration date. This guy called Steven (store manager or owner) says hello and when I tell him I'm there to check to see if my stuff has sold, he says, "do you have your number?" Well, I'm assuming that he was surprised that I did indeed have my number because as soon as I said yes and handed him my number he responded: "um, we don't have the books here in the office so you're going to have to come back." WTF? WTF? WTF? Why the *** did you just ask me if i had my number then? I mean, this dude was totally giving me the run around. I wanted to laugh in his face, but I maintained some composure. He told me to call back the following week, and that he would definitely be there. Ha! I told him that I had been calling and that no one was picking up the phone. He responded that the other beeetch that works there is essentially useless and that I would need to call on a day when he himself would be working. Of course, the crowing glory of this story is that I did call back and..you guessed it! Nobody picked up. That was the end of my dealings with Tree Top Merchandise, aka treetopmerchandise1 on ebay. I can't believe that this lame excuse for a "place of business" remains open. I swear it's just a front for some sort of illegal activity. I don't even care about the clothes I dropped off. I'm just appalled by the store's insincerity and shadiness. I really hope some homeless person is wearing the clothes i dropped off and that this scummy place did not make a penny off of them.

Do not buy from treetopmerchandise1
At first glance, treetopmerchandise1 seems to have everything you'd ever want for your home, and indeed they do have alot of things to offer - BUT BUYER BEWARE!! Should you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having to return or exchange an item that does not meet description, which happens more often than not, you're in for the shock of a lifetime. treetopmerchandise1, owned by Renee Seibert, formerly Renee Molda, of Des Plaines IL will not only not refund your money or make any accommodations to exchange items should they be the wrong or fake item, but you may anticipate receiving harassing e-mails and vulgar phone calls from Renee Seibert. I purchased a neiman marcus dresser from treetopmerchandise1. Cost on the item was (including shipping) about $750.00. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong one. After several ignored e-mails requesting that they make some type of accommodation so that I could exchange the item, I finally put in a negative feedback. This of course got their attention. She proposed that if I removed the negative feedback that she would send me the correct item plus a bonus. Being trusting and receptive to his kind offer, I immediately removed the negative feedback. At this point, however, I learned that I had been deceived. Treetopmerchandise1 had no intention whatsoever of performing the exchange for me. Several days after Renee Seibert claimed that she had sent the item, she was not able to provide a tracking number. This is of course because there was no shipping tracking number, because she never shipped the item. When I challenged her on this, she then became belligerent and even threatening! At this point I performed a chargeback claim through Paypal. This again got her attention and now Renee Seibert continues to leave me threatening voicemails and phone calls at all hours of the night. In her most recent voicemails she even tried to make me pay HER $750.00 to compensate her for all her "suffering and hardship" for having to deal with someone who won't just lay down and take it. Should you post a negative review for treetopmerchandise1, she will offer to send you a "bonus" if you remove the negative feedback. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!! Once the negative feedback has been removed, she will again go on about his merry way and will ignore you. Here's a sample of the rants that have been left on my voicemails by this individual: 1. Call from her "attorney" - which really came from her husband Steven Seibert 2. Renee has issues 3. Renee Cries So the bottom line here is that treetopmerchandise1 is actually the privy of one unscrupulous individual who will do everything in her power to keep from refunding or exchanging a wrong item. If you find yourself in this unfortunate position, then you might as well forget about ever getting your money back. By the way, Renee Seibert used to be a casino black jack table dealer, and a mortgage broker for countrywide, famous for defrauding people.

Tree top merchandise (treetopmerchandise1): shameless scambags on ebay
Ebay is full of dishonest sellers with great feedback. treetopmerchandise1, aka, tree top merchandise is one of those sellers. I was sold a fake Michael Kors bag. When I got my counterfeit goods I went out of my way to contact treetopmerchandise1 as many times as I could, but this shameless seller simply ignored me, until I left negative feedback. Seller was apparently unhappy about it and tried to trick me into removing my negative feedback by making empty promises. Buyers be aware! Please please read its negative and neutral(most of which were turned from negative feedbacks) feedbacks! This is a professional counterfeit goods seller. myworld.ebay.com/treetopmerchandise1

Sleazy fake neiman marcus furniture seller on ebay!
If you have your heart set on the latest Neiman Marcus furniture-- but these luxury items aren't in your monthly budget -- you may consider going online to find bargains on these hot items. While the majority of online sellers are honest and reliable, the sale of counterfeit items on the Web has been dramatically increasing the past few years. Unfortunately, luxury goods providers cannot authenticate items unless they were purchased from their own store, Web site or authorized dealer, so it is up to the buyer to choose wisely when purchasing higher-end items online. Tree Top Merchandise using the online name treetopmerchandise1 on ebay has been selling counterfeit neiman marcus and horchow merchandise to unsuspecting customers. Please be aware when you order from Treetopmerchandise1. Their tactics are sneaky such as responding to your emails quickly prior to your payment, posting photoshoped pictures, and deleting all their negative feedback so it appears that they have a good feedback history.

Scam artists turned ebay seller, be aware!
Don't believe the ads that tell you this is heirloom stuff from neiman marcus, or that future generations will inherit this junk from you. They *** together their furniture using glue, staples and junkwood, and make these claims to be some modern day Kittinger or something. We bought $2000 of their crud-a bed, 4 tables, and two dressers. The bed is busted and went on the curb 3 years ago, and the rest of the junk has drawers that won't close due to sub-standard pieces of wood in the tracks. Oh yeah, we called and complained and were told to basically go f ourselves. DO NOT BUY THIS *** IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET BUY ANTIQUES AT LEAST THEY ARE FROM A TIME WHERE PEOPLE CARED ABOUT THE PRODUCT THEY PRODUCED...DON'T BELIEVE THE FALSE ADVERTISING.

shady seller, buyer be aware! This store sells counterfeit neiman marcus furniture as well as bootlegged cell phones. I ordered a piece of furniture from this store and went to neiman marcus to get authenticated, but was told it was a fake piece. Seller refused to issue refund. Stay away! Additionally, the seller has found a way to delete negative reviews. Please be aware that Neiman Marcus is investigating and the police has also been alerted. Seller's info as follows: 9670 dee rd Apt 117 (at Illinois Route 58) Des Plaines, IL 60016 (773) 593-**** myworld.ebay.com/treetopmerchandise1

tree top merchandise
in regards to all of the negative and slandering posts/comments/blogs about tree top merchandise (treetopmerchandise1 on ebay). the person who has been putting all of these comments all over the internet has a personal vendetta against us and is using libel and defamation to get at us.
his name is “kevin liu†aka “ji cheng liu†aka many other alias’s. he even sets up phoney ebay accounts to slander us. back in august of 2010 he wanted us to sell some items for him and when we found a receipt in a set of golf clubs he wanted us to sell it turned out that the owner had told us that his house had been burglarized as well as some of his neighbors. my husband and i immediately contacted the authorities and turned all of the stolen merchandise from kevin liu into the police.
since then he has been harrassing us and slandering our online ebay business . this person is wanted by the chicago police. the detective working on his case is detective muscolino at the area 3 police department and can be contacted at 312-744-****. we also have several harrassment reports on him.
ebay is also aware of what is going on and you are welcome to contact any of the mentioned to confirm.
we run an honest business and as a buyer and seller on ebay you cannot sell counterfeit or stolen merchandise and get away with it. we have been selling on ebay for over 4 years now and our track record on ebay is near perfect.
