Worst tree Ive ever owned. Had problems from day one. They replaced the top section within months of receiving it and it died again this year. When we called for assistance we were told we had the tree 4 years and got our moneys worth out of it. REALLY!!!!! After buying a tree priced at almost $1,000.00. What a joke and terrible customer service. DONT buy their trees.

Replacement tree

I was promised a new tree as the original tree had already had issues with the bottom section, a new bottom was issued but by the end of December the middle and a few on the top lights started going out! Company decided to send me a completely new tree, but said that my tree was out of stock and to follow up in Spring which I did on Friday! I was then told to call back in June!!! So still NO TREE

Never intended to refund my money

I had to return replacement light bulbs for my artificial tree I purchased from Tree Classics, as they are the wrong bulbs and Tree Classics no longer supports the trees they sold prior to 2013 (which is a huge issue in itself as each year, about 100 plus light bulbs go out on the tree). I had several email communications with Tree Classics and followed their direction in returning the bulbs. They received the return on 12/18/17. They have not returned my money and they apparently are giving me the run around. I have spoken to several people and have gotten several emails. With every communication, I was assured they were processing my refund. It's now been one month since they received the return, but I have still not received my money back. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company. Not only do they not support their products, they lie to their biggest asset - their customers.

Expensive - poor quality

In the fall of 2015 I purchased a pre lit artificial Christmas Tree from Tree Classics. It arrived shortly before Xmas and when I set it up, part of the tree would not light. I spent an hour on the phone with Tree Classics attempting to trouble shoot and then another two hours on my own trying to fix the problem. This involved checking/ changing fuses, checking lights and electrical connections. The tree comes in three parts and the entire middle section, section #2 did not light up. I was given the option of waiting until the following fall to get a replacement section and in the meantime, string my own lights on the middle section. So, with a brand new pre lit tree I have spent several hours trouble shooting and stringing my own lights. Fast forward to Nov. 2016 I received a replacement section, however, I was sent two #1 (bottom) sections instead of the middle #2 section. And to make matters worse one of the new sections did not light up. After much back and forth with the warranty dept. I was given the option of donating the tree and providing written proof of the donation at which time they would send me a replacement tree. I explained to multiple customer service people I talked to, that I had spent almost $300 dollars only to get a defective product twice. Therefore, I wanted a refund so that I could spend my money elsewhere. After putting me off for 2 weeks, they declined the refund. So here I am in 2017 and I still do not have what I paid for in 2015. A word of caution for anyone thinking of purchasing from this company….DON”T!!

Rip off!

I bought the oregon spruce on Nov 7. I received it on Nov 10. The bottom portion didn't work. I called on Monday morning Nov 14. They said they would ship me a replacement piece. Nov 21 I called because nothing has arrived. I received no phone call at home, work or cell. I was informed that it is "out of stock" and won't be manufactured until summer 2017. Then they told me I could get a refund, if I ship the tree back AT MY EXPENSE. I could buy a new tree from them, at full retail. What horrible, HORRIBLE company with no sense of pride in their products, no sense of guest service and product that does not work.

Ordered online...called days later - out of stock!?!?

Ordered a tree online, no problem. Received a telephone call 3 days later informing me that the tree that was ordered is out of stock and would not be restocked until the next season. Mind you - it was IN STOCK online (and there were others OUT OF STOCK). While calling, I checked and it was STILL LISTED IN STOCK ONLINE!!! Customer service, "They must just be behind in updating"... updating an online/electronic stocking database? That should be automatic without any human intervention! Rep: "Would you like to choose another or refund your money?" Me: "Well, it's YOUR error...are you going to give me the same price on a comparable or better tree and pay for 2 day shipping, at least?" Rep: "No, we can't do that. You'll just have to order another and choose free ground or pay for the other options."

Extremely disappointed with trees and customer service

Buyer Beware! We ordered this tree in November and were disappointed with the tree style and quality. We contacted the company for an RMA, and were told to send the tree back to the address on the box (in Georgia) for a refund. Well that is where all the problems started. The tree was received in the Georgia warehouse on 11/29. We called several times during the first part of December to check the refund status and were told they were processing the refund. In late December we called to confirm they were processing the refund, and were then told the tree should have been shipped to Fresno, California. So why did they not tell us this sooner??? OK...so the nice lady said they would need to ship the tree to Fresno for the return (and a $50 fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee). She assured me that it would ship and the refund would be processed. I called a week later and another nice person told me "this is our busy season and it may take more time to ship the tree out to Fresno, but we will expedite the process." So this same conversation took place every few days throughout the end of December and until 9 January 2013. I called today (21 January) and was told they have no records of the tree being shipped to Fresno, and that it can take up to 3 weeks to check the Georgia warehouse. Really, 3 weeks to check a warehouse! I was then told it may take 2 weeks to arrive in Fresno, and 30 days after that before the refund would be processed. Are you kidding me!?!?! Oh...not to mention that the when we originally received the tree it was covered in dust and smelled musty...great tree...not! Just forewarning if you are considering buying a tree from Tree Classics...better be sure you want the tree because they are HORRIBLE with returns! We will NEVER buy another tree from this company.
