Help to activate noise cancellation

I sent these units back and have yet to be refunded.. Have not been able to speak to anyone about my issues. Never got them to help with pairing & no internet search yielded any help whatsoever...very frustrating!

FX100 won’t shut off

Hello had my FX100 speaker at least 6 yrs. Never once had problem.

Till now!!! Speaker wont shut off. Blue light blinking none stop. Looked up every way to reset set speaker.

Nothing working.

I love my speaker.

Cant do yard work or go to beach without music.

I help on off button 5-10 seconds nothing

Held volume + and - 5-10 seconds. Nothing.

Speaker fully charged: nothing

Shut off Bluetooth and tried to reset: nothing

Earpod case that will not close or charge

I have complained & complained for WAY over 1 year now about my issues with my earpods & NOBODY EVER gets back with me. I would NEVER recommend buying from Trelab for that reason. My earpods did NOT come with an option to buy an extended warranty & the Ebay seller I bought them from was REMOVED FOR MOSCONDUCT FROM eBAY SHORTLY AFTER i PURCHASED THEM SO WHAT THE *** AM i SUPOPOSED TO DO.
