Directed b U.S. Treasury Retail Securities to mail to POB 9150, Minneapolis, Mn 55480. I am out-of-country without access to USPS...DHL and FedEx claim to not deliver to POBoxes. Soliciting physical address...a street address...

U.S. Treasury Retail Securities has stopped responding to all emails (July 1,2022), each time I call the listed customer information line (844-284-****) I am told the waiting time exceeds the number of customers they are able to respond to, please call back another day...this at noon on July 1, 2022.

Preferred solution: a physical delivery address, i.e., a street address where DHL or FedEx or UPS can/will deliver.
