We purchased a new pro ski machine in summer 2016. First one shipped had bad slice in stomach support.
Returned it. Next machine started breaking within a month. Replaced computer 4 times. Speed sensor stopped working.
Bolts broke. Toe holder tore. These replaced under warranty. Now a Ski broke.
Nordic track only committed to the one year warranty so now we have to pay $190.00 for one ski. Sales person admitted quality bad on these machines now made in China. We were a loyal customer with many different machines.
Never again will buy Nordic Track products. Company no longer customer centric. Sad

So disappointed! Ordered the X11i.
It showed up after Christmas but was advertised as “order now and receive before Christmas. Paid for the white glove assembly but the assemblers left without ensuring it worked. Turned it on and the belt didn’t move. Took 4 days to get in contact with customer service.
After 2 minutes of troubleshooting it was discovered that the circuit board was bad so they have to order another one. Oh and the circuit board is on back order and won’t be available for several weeks. So I spent almost $2500 on a piece of equipment that I won’t get to use for, at best, 6 weeks.
Words cannot describe my dissatisfaction. Seriously contemplating returning it within 30 days!!!
