Poor roofing replacement

I signed a contract to have my roof replaced. Treadlite gave me a price and I signed a contract. Lifetime shingles and 10 year labor warranty. It was a local company. I asked if the crew would be from the local office. I was assured they would be. The Crew arrived from Honduras and only one looked old enough to drive. It took 9 months and three crews to complete the job and repair damages to my home. They did not replace chimney flashing. Fast-forward to today. Water leaking around chimney and going down rafter to fascia board. Also leaking in garage. I called 4 times and sent an email. They will not return my calls or respond to email.
