Never got my refund

The flight was changed and was told I would receive a refund and 4 months later still no news or refund.

User's recommendation: Stay away from this company!!!! It's a scam!!!!!!

Customer service Keeps telling me they are sending it and do not! I will be taking them to small claims court for $5,000. This was a business trip so they are going to pay for every penny that it cost me!!! See you in Court!!!!

They stole from me

Had to change my flight. Took them 4 days to get back, but only after I threatened them with a law suit. I had to buy another flight - and they would not refund my $ from my previous booking with them. They SUCK - I wouldnt even give them one star!

Company will not return urgent email

I have needed to change my date of departure with Westjet thru Travelreimagine, they will not return my calls or email. Now Ive had to book a different flight with Westjet, but still need to cancel the old flight through them, and they WILL NOT RESPOND to do so and give me a REFUND!

Got ripped off !!!

Made reservations for our grandson to visit for Christmas. When Our grand son went to pick up his tickets to board the plane he found that they had cancelled the tickets and a $150.00 charge had hit our credit card. DO NOT USE. BECAREFUL WHEN YOU CALL THE 800# that you know who you are talking to.

Terrible customer service. Its a scam. They take your money, dont give you your tickets, charge card, get your info. When you call them, they hang up on you. FBI should be involved. Online scam.

This company is ruining my girlfriend off

My girlfriend is changing her flight home and your company is charging her 250 dollars for a one way flight That is u heard of . One way flight is cheaper than I rountrio flight change. She changed her flight and within 5 minutes we had to change it again and they got her for another 100$. She has now spent 275 $ on a flight home that originally costed 250 for the entire round trip. Thieves
