- - I bought a $135 CAD Travelon bag in December 2022.
- - A part came loose and the zipper broke; replacement arrived but tearing returned, no refund.
travelon answered me but I am disappointed with their answer.
I bought a $135 CAD travelon bag in December 2022.
A part has come loose and the zipper has broken.
I complained to travelon and Travelon sent me another one.
However, the same tearing problem returned. It's been 3 weeks since I received it.
Travelon tells me that I was entitled to only one exchange and that they cannot reimburse me.
I find the quality of this bag very disappointing.
