Travelmerry changed flights twice I sent my response and Im waiting to hear from them.You cannot get anybody on the phone.I realize flights change but answer my request , either way I want to see what options I have

I just booked a ticket through TravelMerry from Chicago to Dublin. I went with Iberia ( the Spanish Airline) because they were the cheapest. I had no idea that the fare did not allow one to choose seats - not even terrible seats - before the flight. Apparently, I could have known this with more research - the search for "why can't I choose seats on Iberia" came up with plenty of complaints and news stories about this "game changing" move in international flights. Anyhow, my fault, but I was still unhappy. I contacted customer service at TravelMerry and they worked with the airlines to get me seats with my traveling companions at no charge. This is huge, because the standard seat reservation fees would have been $240. So, great customer service on inexpensive tickets. I will absolutely book with them again.
