Lost a lot of money

I book a flight from Berlin Germany to Knoxville Tennessee Thumb tack Travelnista travel I paid Travelnista up front Yesterday my girlfriend went to Berlin Germany airport to collect ticket and board her flight When she got to KLM airline counter She was tolded ticket was invalid Travelnista was supposed to have taken care of this three weeks ago When I spoke with owner of Travelnista she became very rude and used fowl language and said it was my fault I believe she kept the money I had sent her and never sent it to KLM airline Berlin Germany
