Can travelers choice re send me my suitcase

I havent received my luggage yet. You said that you delivered it but I still dont have it . Please help me get my luggage . If need to re send it, please do so. I will gladly pay for shipping. Just. Would a live person tell me what shall I do next. Im going away and would like to use my brand new suitcase. Thank you traveler choice

Lost my delivery of a suitcase

Have not received my luggage. It was purchased on line. Threw jet blue. But I still have not received it. And I will be traveling soon . Therefore I need a luggage. And nobody is picking up the phone . Its going straight to voicemail which is full. Please help me. I need domes from travelers choice to contact me at 718-502-**** thank you

Complaint about damaged luggage

I havent been able to speak to an agent in regards to the warranty for my damaged luggage I need help and no one has contacted me yet !

Broken bag

Dear Travelers Choice, I bought a piece of luggage from TK MAXX in Berlin, Germany on September 16, 2017. I've used the luggage maybe twice and then again last week. One of the wheels came off at the beginning of my trip. I had the luggage in my car and was rolling it to a ferry when it broke off. Now, after dragging it to the ferry and back home, the luggage is pretty much ruined. I cannot tell you how challenging it was to deal with this, particularly as I have back issues. Super frustrating. Your luggage should have lasted much better than this. I'm pretty easy on a bag and it was not stuffed full. I'd like a replacement. Ordered suitcase for a one month long trip. Im leaving Tuesday morning. Theres a tear in the bottom of the box -NO KEY I guess they are shipped locked? MaYbe the key fell out? The key should have been in a safely contained package. The packing material left the handle and zip lock area directly on cardboard - no packing materials to protect. Delivery person set it with tear on bottom, so I had no expectations that anything would be wrong. Took me 20 mins - lots of searches to find a phone number. I kept getting directed everywhere else for online general questions. Its Saturday, 5:15p 3/14. Customer service only available during regular business hours
