The cell signal is bad at my mountain house. I bought a router with big antennas, and it didn't work.
I sent the router back with the label they gave me and got a refund the next day.
Check their coverage first; if it says no coverage, then it's probably accurate. Samantha was helpful in getting me set up and refunded.

I wish there was a way to select a "negative star" for the customer service rating. You cannot talk with ANYONE over the phone.
Everything is through chat...when you can get them. Craig was unable to respond to the most basic billing questions with a smidgen of competence. God help you if you get him. We had perfect service for almost a year, and then earlier this year they decided to "improve" their Magenta plan...charging us almost $50.00 more per month.
Within weeks, we had NO INTERNET...but still got to pay the increased rate. We went almost one month without internet (by the way, we work from home). They finally deduced that we needed a new SIM card. We got the new card...yeah internet!
And then we didn't, They deduced we needed a new router...more delays. And then they changed it again. This time with a reduction in rate from $149 to $99/month. Pretty sweet right?
It's been 3 months and I haven't seen the credit for the one month of no internet. Can you talk with anyone? NOOOO!
You get to play text footsies for one hour when the call would have taken 5 minutes. Unfortunately, TravelData is the most economical and as long as we're full-time RVers, we're screwed.
Preferred solution: Price reduction

Complete lack of tech support when internet goes down. They claim 24/7 email and chat support but when you open a support ticket youre lucky if they get back to you in the same week.
Chat support they constantly cut you off and leave you hanging.
I tried one of their different routers with all 3 cell carriers hoping for a better solution.
When this didnt work I promptly returned it and they still havent refunded my money.
They have no phones and have recently switched to some chat bot that loops you in circles. I will probably never see that money.
Steer clear of this company and save yourself time, money and frustration.

Horrible customer service.
I live in RV remote rural texas.
Only option for service. They rape me on cost for service that is unavailable for days and weeks at a time.
Customer service is horrible, if they respond, IF? It's a firm letter *** thanking me for my patience while they COMPLETELY ignored the problem.
It randomly corrects itself- or not and never a direct response to my submitted support issue.

Big time lack of internet service. Also customer service cant ever get ahold of them just complete trash.

Ive been without internet for 8 days. Customer service ignores me for whole days at a time.
Theres literally no reason for this. They could troubleshoot my router and get me back up in 10 minutes, yet this is the 8th day straight with no service. Ive called, and emailed every contact I can find. No one will respond.
Ive ask for a partial refund and the billing department hasnt responded in 3 days. I commented on their FB page to try and get a response and they immediately blocked me and erased my comments describing my treatment. To top it all off I got an email this morning saying my automated $85 payment will be charged on the 23rd.
Ha! That part of their business is running like a top.
Preferred solution: A refund for the days of missed service and for them to fix my Internet finally.
