Paid my trip in full and all associated fees. Book my trip 2 months ago for September and booked airfare. Just received a letter today canceling my trip and refused to refund my money! DO NOT use this company, you will lose your money!

What did the sales people say that caused you to believe they were deceiving you? These sales presentations typically last 5 to 7 hours, when they state the presentation will be a mere 90 minutes. Frequently the prospective buyer leaves the presentation confused, thinking the benefits promised at the initial offering are the same benefits provided as the price decreases.

What is the relationship between Travel2Carribean and Villa del Palmar? It appears your complaint is against Travel 2 Carribean, not Villa del Palmar. Doesn't the terms & conditions of your travel agreement with Travel2Carribean provide a remedy for trip cancellation?
No they canceled my trip and told me to get a lawyer to try and reclaim my money.
