Have tried to get reservation at resort in Florida they wanted $250 more to complete transaction. I have an 8-day trip I paid for and now can't reach them.
User's recommendation: Don't purchase 5-year trip packages. took money but now can't reach them.

Scammed by Travel2caribbean.com
Omg do not used this company by any means! Huge huge scam!!!! Paid my trip in full and all associated fees. Book my trip 2 months ago for September and booked airfare. Just received a letter today canceling my trip and refused to refund my money! DO NOT use this company, you will lose your money! I will be posting this message everywhere I possibly can. I will be contacting Better Business Burea and getting a lawyer! Also contacted Consumer Affairs.

What is the relationship between Travel2Carribean and Villa del Palmar? It appears your complaint is against Travel 2 Carribean, not Villa del Palmar. Doesn't the terms & conditions of your travel agreement with Travel2Carribean provide a remedy for trip cancellation?
No they canceled my trip and told me to get a lawyer to try and reclaim my money.
