SCAM ALERT - DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF DISPUTING THEIR CHARGE FOR ANOTHER
I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A TRAVEL COMPANY ATTEMPTING TO SELL ME CLAIMING I OWED MONEY ON A VACATION. I TOLD THEM THEY NEEDED TO CHECK THEIR RECORDS BECAUSE I JUST RENEWED WITH MY TRAVEL COMPANY. THEY ASKED FOR HOW MUCH AND I SAID $898. THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND CAME BACK ON TELLING ME I WAS BILLED THE WRONG AMOUNT THAT COMPANY WAS A SCAM AND I NEEDED TO CALL MY BANK WITH THEM AND DISPUTE IT AND THEN THEY WOULD BILL THE LESSER RATE OF $598. AT FIRST I WAS OK WITH IT BEING IT WAS LESS MONEY AND THEY SEEMED SO GENUINE TRYING TO HELP ME EVEN WILLING TO CALL WITH ME. MY BANK WOULD NOT SPEAK TO ME WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE LINE SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. WHEN WE HUNG UP THE SALES PERSON BEGAN INSISTING I GO OVER WHAT I WAS GOING TO SAY AND NOT TO MENTION ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT HE WAS TELLING ME TO SAY. WHEN I GOT ON THE LINE WITH MY BANK I WAS VERY CONCERNED. MAINLY BECAUSE HE HAD GOTTEN ANGRY I WOULD NOT CALL BACK AND KEEP HIS BEING ON THE LINE A SECRET. I WENT WITH MY GUTT AND TOLD THE BANKER WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY GOOGLED MY ORIGINAL COMPANY AND FOUND ZERO BLEMISHES INCLUDING THIS SITE. WHEN THEY GOOGLED THE OTHER COMPANY THEY FOUND MUGSHOTS FOR ITS FOUNDERS AND ADMINISTRATION, COMPLAINTS, AND MUCH MUCH MORE. I CANCELLED MY CARD AND IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED TSG. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR MY BANK AND TSG.

Enjoy The Difference is Right
After so many travel companies harassing me I finally renewed with this company and I must say they were amazing. The customer service staff is super friendly and they call back within 24 hours 98 percent of the time. If the matter is urgent they even call during off hours to schedule a better time to call. After commending them on so many different experiences they urged me to share my thoughts online. not knowing where to start I googled there company and came across this forum. I must admit my heart froze a bit just happy its all positive. They're awesome.

Noticed charge by company I did not recognize but it was a misunderstanding.
I noticed a charge I did not recognize from this company on my August statement. It was in the amount of $998 and I contacted Discover to cancel it. Discover requires you to cancel with the company first and then 15 days later you can open a dispute. I called the company only to realize it was a company I did indeed deal with and I just didn't recognize the name. I feel so silly. They urge all clients to share their experiences with the bbb and any other organizations whether it's negative, neutral, or positive I guess to get their name more publicized....not sure. Thankfully they were more than willing to help me and I didn't have to dispute at all. They even gave me a $100 credit for the headache.

I love this company!!!!!
Every five minutes for me. These companies need to be stopped. Tsg helped me file some complaints and it has helped a bit but its neverending.
I can honestly say I am in your boat. It seems my phone rings every fifteen minutes and its about travel.
I finally took a chance with this company and the next day another company by the name of tsg called trying to get me to cancel their charge and allow their company to bill me. I called my bank and my bank told me its a scam and travel solutions group verified it was a scam too.
These travel companies need to be shut down. At least I can say it is a bit refreshing to know I am in good hands with this (the real) tsg.
