Travel Smith Customer Service

Even though I was told by phone that I would receive a full Visa refund, Travel Smith changed owners and cities. The new company will not honor the verbal authorization that I was given. I am stuck with an "on-line or catalog credit." They won't budge after I offered several compromise solutions which would make me a satisfied customer. My wife and I are both retired teachers. We have spent our 45 year careers traveling every summer. Now that we are retired we even travel to Europe in the Fall. You would think that a company named "Travel Smith" would want to keep customers that always travel, happy. Well, this is not the case. Don't buy from them. They do not honor heir word! In short: Bad Customer Service
