Consumers are not pleased with Customer service and Discounts and Special Offers. The price level of this organization is high according to consumer reviews.
Because your chat agents are incompetent
Phone numbers provided dont work, chat agents are incompetent, itinerary doesnt show luggage information, website gives me infinite loading signs

Airline Cant find ticket customer service not working when you need it. Hours of operation not good for the business hours have service available 24 hours .
Besides this stupid review page is most annoying. Can I write what I want or I have to write what you want.

Our $2,300. flight was cancelled and we were informed in June that a refund was being sent.
As of this date .
No refund or communication with said agents. Very poor customer relation.
Stealing
You have “Travel One” when it should be ONE TRAVEL.
Do not use thisMy flight was canceled due to Cononavirus. I tried to get a refund but they would only issue a credit.
I booked the same flight but changed only the departing leg of the flight. They charged me $200.00 for a flight that I did not cancel. Then when I checked the tickets the return home flight had been changed. I never discussed changing the last leg of the flight with the rep.
Now I will have to change again and I just know they will charge me another $200.00. ONE TRAVEL - Just for your information, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

I was searching for flights to Taipei to visit my father. Somehow
Travel one popped in onto
my screen. I ended up using them for our family flights to and from Taipei/Chicago. While booking the
flights, my husband and I got on the phone with their agents specifically requesting them to get aisle seats for two of four family members
and two next to them. They said it was not a problem but will cost us extra. We agreed to it seeing that it is a 15 hours flight one way. We got our flight itinerary and saw the seats were assigned to/from Taipei. I trusted them since we emphasized the seating arrangements so much and I hence did not think about
double checking the seatings. As it turned out, we were assigned middle and window seats for two
rows one after the other to and from Taipei. I was so disappointed
that I promised my family members
that I will nevet do business with Travel One ever again and also let
peopke know that they have mislead us and it was highly unethical business conduct.

Not honest.... do Not Book with them!
Do Not Book with Travel One. Very dishonest and very difficult to talk with people in India if you need changes.
Terrible company.
Better to book direct with airlines. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM!!!!
Incomplete information
The agent made travel arrangements and I paid for them before knowing of the carry on baggage charge.....it was in the small print that came with the printed flight information, but I would have expected the agent to tell me of that on the phone so that I could have figured that fee into the total plane fare......it turns out I paid far more than if I had chosen another flight. This was not nearly what I would expect of customer service. When I called to get the least expensive flight I expected to get the least expensive flight.

NEVER EVER AGAIN
I booked a flight with these people. I made a mistake with 1 passengers name. When it was noticed approx. 8 hrs later. I was told I would Have to cancel the ticket and re book and it would cost $195.00 more. I agreed as it was my mistake. I said use the same credit card it was declined which seemed strange as this card has a $3000.00 limit and is only used for booking flights on line and there was $3000.00 on the card so I used another credit card for the $195.00. At the same time I told them I booked the seats and asked if they would confirm that I booked a window seat and the one beside it the girl said that is correct. When I received the confirmation it did not look right so I called again. I finally talk to a man named Niko and he said I was right and changed the seating.
Now the fun part after checking with the credit card company they told me 3 flights had been booked. Again I call this time asking for the supervisor and talked to Scott he was quick to tell me they only booked 2 flights. He said maybe there was a hold put on 1 fight but it would not have been charged I again told him it was charged and he said that is very unusual and to email him the statement and he would take it to the billing dept and not to worry. After all their mistakes of course I am worried they certainly don't seem to care about customers.
If you do book with them ask for Troy or Niko.
If you get a girl named Adalynn put a gun in your mouth and pull the trigger.

I went online to purchase two tickets from Seattle to Panama City Florida. I went to the airport in Seattle the morning of the flight went to the ticket counter and was asked for a Visa for a domestic flight.
I then found out that the booking had been made for Panama City Pamana. Good thing I did not have a Visa or I may have missed my mothers funeral. Called and got no adustment to ticket just told the error was mine. Snotty phone service.
My booking number was 1340****. DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE......WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW.
Travel One website
The flight on this website sound too good to be true. And when you looking to change your flight time they make the changes by adding more fees.
They dont cancel your first change but add more money on top of your last flight information. They charge me twice 400 just to change time on my flight. my flight from detroit to vegas cost me 807. I do not recommend this website.
The agency customer service agents are not very helpful.
I have hard time understanding them. When I told them that what they are charging me is not right they just said, "I can not do anything about that!"
TRAVEL ONE worst customer service ever
I had the recent displeasure of booking a ticket with Travel One - worst customer service EVER. I don't recommend them (even if the ticket appears cheaper)!!!
Traveler beware. Are you kidding me that in order to post a review here I have to have a minimum of one hundred words? This is also *** me off. I do not want to have to read or write long, long, long and rambling reviews.
If you/I have a problem with a company we should be able to express it in a few words in needed. Again, I don't recommend Travel One especially is you EVER need a supervisor's help.
I've been waiting since APRIL for a call back!
