Cannot load money and locked pin -

all contact details are useless, most numbers provide weird messages - no 24 hour service - I am stuck in England with no access to my money - most disgusting service I have ever encountered. I need to unlock my pin immediately -please advise how this is possible User's recommendation: do not use - run and run even faster away from this company as you can. The most inefficient, unethical company - what travel company only provides Australian contacts and not 24 hour service

Update - rang Australia again, spent nearly an hour on the phone from England, tried to tell me pin had been reset, even went to an ATM whilst on the phone to try new pin, still didn't work - then told they would have to send me a new card in the mail - take 10 days, what was I suppose to survive on in this time? They then offered some emergency money - $1000 - this was not a solution as still would not have access to any more money or could not top up card.

Travel Money Oz eventually agreed to transfer all the money to Western Union where I had to go to at 2 outlets in England before someone had the cash to give me. I then had to find a travel card place in England who could open one for me, this caused another huge issue as I did not have a permanent English address and had to drive to Birmingham Airport to get one and to top up. I wasted 2 days of my holiday sorting this mess out so I could survive. Luckily I was staying with family and they could fund me until I could get money but hate to think the circumstances for someone travelling by themselves without support of friends or family.

I totally understand things can go wrong, but it was the lack of contact and support that was the major issue - phone numbers in England did not work, even tried to ring from phones that did not rely on international roaming, tried master card directly and they could not assist as needed to fix issue via Travel Money Oz. The app was useless as was trying to use the login on line.

Travel Money Oz was supposed to make paying for things overseas easy, it was anything but. Apart an email from them saying they were sending the problem up the chain to see why there was an issue I have had no other communication from them - very poor form

Hi, I am from Travel Money Oz, I believe you have already been speaking quite frequently with my colleague Lily who has responded with how you can get support for these issues. The support number she gave is for Mastercard Card Services and is 24/7 and is the correct place you need to go to for PIN support. Kind regards.

That is the problem, the number is useless, go around and around in circles. Ring it, select the option for pin issues - all you get is a recording of the pin number, no option to unlock- Have tried every selection, cannot get onto anyone.

Resorted to ringing lost cards where I spoke to two people - first one said the pin was not locked, asked to speak to his supervisor - this person totally lied to me, said she had unlocked it, obviously a ploy to get me off the phone. I am in dire circumstances, cannot access my money and require immediate assistance, not just a few words and directions to useless phone numbers.

I suggest you ring your number as see how inadequate it is. Please help me solve this issue
