all contact details are useless, most numbers provide weird messages - no 24 hour service - I am stuck in England with no access to my money - most disgusting service I have ever encountered. I need to unlock my pin immediately -please advise how this is possible...

Update - rang Australia again, spent nearly an hour on the phone from England, tried to tell me pin had been reset, even went to an ATM whilst on the phone to try new pin, still didn't work - then told they would have to send me a new card in the mail - take 10 days, what was I suppose to survive on in this time? They then offered some emergency money - $1000 - this was not a solution as still would not have access to any more money or could not top up card.

Travel Money Oz eventually agreed to transfer all the money to Western Union where I had to go to at 2 outlets in England before someone had the cash to give me. I then had to find a travel card place in England who could open one for me, this caused another huge issue as I did not have a permanent English address and had to drive to Birmingham Airport to get one and to top up. I wasted 2 days of my holiday sorting this mess out so I could survive. Luckily I was staying with family and they could fund me until I could get money but hate to think the circumstances for someone travelling by themselves without support of friends or family.

I totally understand things can go wrong, but it was the lack of contact and support that was the major issue - phone numbers in England did not work, even tried to ring from phones that did not rely on international roaming, tried master card directly and they could not assist as needed to fix issue via Travel Money Oz. The app was useless as was trying to use the login on line.

Travel Money Oz was supposed to make paying for things overseas easy, it was anything but. Apart an email from them saying they were sending the problem up the chain to see why there was an issue I have had no other communication from them - very poor form
