I told him it was full of mistakes. They refunded me $65. They owe me $64 they told me to keep the application and that was it. They couldnt do anything else for me.
They did not fix a mistake. They just stole my $64.

I was charged $129 for an application with many mistakes on it
- - Refunded only $65 of $129 for my passport renewal.
- - The application had many mistakes and emails were ignored.
Ill cancel my order they didnt reimburse my money. They gave me $65 back from 129.
I got an application from them that was filled out with many arrows and I send a messages to let them know and they wont help me. They wont fix the application and they wont refund my whole amount of money.
I thought I was paying $129 for my passport to be renewed and all they are doing is giving you an application with so many mistakes on it you cant even use it, they dont wanna give me my whole amount of money even though they didnt do the job right they made mistakes on the application its not filled correctly and I sent multiple emails and they wont answer me but give me the same thing that they charge 129 for the free off-white the feet of making mistakes that is what they did but make nothing but my steaks on my application and I still have to pay $90 to another company for my passport renewal. These people are thieves.
