Travel 19 - Poor service causing great inconvenience
On 28th December while still in Austria I bought and paid for a Day 2 Covid test costing £70 + I did the test and posted it on my return home on 30th December. Today is 7th January and I still have no result and remain confined to my home. Travel 19 have blamed Royal Mail and the holidays for the delay but this has gone on too long now .I have requested a refund and have had no response . I am appalled by this expensive, incompetent service.
