Picky
The list of what TB won't pick up is longer than what they do pick up. Garbage has to be a certain weight, so you need to weigh it before putting it out.
You're allowed two (2) cut down, flat boxes per pick up, so after your kid's birthday, you'll be waiting forever to get rid of the boxes. The trash bags must be a certain size and color; you aren't allowed to put glass in the bags.
No more than 3 bags, despite sizes. In general, they are constantly looking for reasons to not pick up your garbage, so you have to do it yourself!

Got woke up 200 am april 11th while sleeping in my development
was resting deep sleep april 11th and then went outside to see who was sreaming a pickup truck spun around to exit then saturday am trash was all over grass my building

As a former employee of this company, I worked in Houston, Texas. On May 16th, 2024, a tornado touched down in Houston causing most of the city to flood.
Despite this, we were still required to come to work. Upon arriving, there was no power and visibility was poor, making the job impossible to complete. I reported the situation to management, who instructed me to do as much as could. However, because the job was not completed, they didn't pay me for the work I managed to do.
This company displays absolutely no regard for their employees' safety.
Additionally, they misrepresent their pay scale, offering $30 per job regardless of the property size, whether it's 200 units or 20 units. To make matters worse, there's a built-in union with Greystar properties, which doesn't allow workers to opt out of their service.
