Issue still not resolved. Had a generic, generated email today from trapstar dating that they have now re opened their warehouse and will be working hard to get orders out. Which makes no.sense as.i ordered on 2nd December 2025 for Xmas presents and they sre still.NOT HERE ???
I ordered in November in plenty of time for Xmas and still no items delivered and correspondence is ridiculous. No update info given. Where are my products ???

1 am writing to express my serious concern regarding an order I placed on 21st August 2025 for a TS Print Tracksuit (Black, Size XXL), at a total cost of $101.
At the time of ordering,I selected DPD Pickup as the delivery option, as it was clearly stated that the package would be delivered within 2-3 days. However, as of today, more than 15 days have passed, and I have not received the item, nor have I received any communication or update regarding the status of my order.
