- - Handover to Conceptol resulted in on-time completion.
Huge let down in service. I awarded them a project with all project details and service, they initially told that it will be done within 3 months timeafter 3 months they just came up with bunch of excuses for not getting project done within time frame.so we have taken the handover of the project from them and given the same to Conceptol, they get my project done absolutely bang on and on time!!

So disappointed with Trapeze Labs that this company has forgotten about the customer service. We are never going hire them again and suggest others not to get their work done by this company.
They dont respect their clients at all, once the project done.. is DONEthey will never ever reply even if its a mere small support..not recommended at all!!

Well Well!! what we can say about this company Trapeze Labs, we have been referred to work with this company as I have been told they are quite brilliant on their work.but..what we have found is completely opposite.they neither have eligible professionals neither the capability to do my project, so just ignore them as much as possible.after we were quite disappointed with Trapeze Labs then we move to Conceptol where we were somewhat happy to work with.

Service quality for Trapeze Labs is very poor since the day they have been allotted with the project, whereas if we consider the same with Conceptol, you will be in always in WIN WIN situation, they are thorough professional.
Dont consider Trapeze Labs to award any projects!!

- - The Feb 2020 project was not delivered on time by Trapeze Labs.
- - After taking over the Conceptol project, they did quite well.
We have given a project to Trapeze Labs in the month of Feb 2020, they couldnt deliver the project on time, later we handed over the project Conceptol which they did quite well.
For me, Trapeze Labs is always NO NO!!
